How to method in kapalbhathi

1. Sitting the padmasana. 
2. Keep your backside straight. And close your eyes.

5. Then breath with a slight shock throw it out. 
6. Do it this way in a rhythmic way. 
           Keep you 8 to 10 time of three sessions.
